Cross Country and Distance Running Team
Objectives
Members of the BLMCSS Cross Country and Distance Running Team aim at winning honours for the School in different inter-school long distance run and inter-school cross country competitions. We try our best and do not regret. We run with passion and praise the Lord.
Contents
There are regular trainings every week. The success of the BLMCSS Cross Country and Distance Running Team counts on the effort of individual members in their daily life. After the Inter-school Cross Country Competition every year, we hold a barbecue party for students and teachers to enjoy the joy of finishing a tough long distance race and share the happiness of getting awards.
Features
Everyone in the BLMCSS Cross Country and Distance Running Team has great perseverance and endurance, which are the qualities that a long distance runner must possess. Besides, we try our best, never give up and run with no regret. We target at making constant improvement. We show no no arrogance in victory and no despair in defeat. Also, the harmonious relationship between teammates is the evidence of the passing-on of the good rapport among members of BLMCSS.

Inter-school Cross Country Competition
2023-24
In groups, Grade B (Boys) got the 1st runner-up, Grade C (Boys) got the 5th Place, Grade A (Girls) got the 8th Place and Grade B (Girls) got the 6th Place. One Grade A boy got the individual 8th Place, one Grade B boy got the individual 2nd runner-up, another Grade B boy got the individual 10th Place and one Grade A girl got the individual 5th Place.
2022-23
In groups, Grade B (Boys) got the 7th runner-up, Grade B and C (Boys) got the 3rd runner-up. One Grade A boy got the individual 9th runner-up and one Grade B boy got the individual 1st runner-up.
2019-20
In groups, Grade A (Girls) got the 7th runner-up and Grade A (Boys) got the 5th runner-up. One Grade A boy got the individual 5th runner-up.
2018-19
In groups, Grade A & B (Girls) got the 5th runner-up, Grade C (Girls) got the 2nd runner-up; Grade A (Boys) got the 2nd runner-up, while Grade B & C (Boys) got the 7th runner-up. One Grade A boy got the individual 5th runner-up and one Grade B girl got the individual 9th runner-up.
2017-18
In groups, Grade A (Girls) got the 6th runner-up, Grade C (Girls) got the 5th runner-up; Grade A (Boys) got the 6th runner-up and Grade C (Boys) got the 7th runner-up. One Grade A boy got the individual 1st runner-up, one Grade C boy got the individual 5th runner-up and one Grade B girl got the individual 4th runner-up.
2016-17
In groups, Grade B (Girls) got the 4th runner-up and Grade C (Girls) got No. 6. Grade B & C (Boys) got No. 6. One Grade A boy got the individual 5th runner-up, one Grade B boy got the individual 7th runner-up, one Grade B girl got the individual Champion while one Grade C girl go the individual 6th runner-up.
2015-16
In groups, Grade A (Girls) got the 1st runner-up and Grades B and C got No. 6, while Grade A (Boys) got No. 6 and Grades B and C got No. 5. One of the Grade B (Boys) members won the individual 3rd runner-up, one Grade B boy won No. 10; One Grade A girl got the individual 3rd runner-up and one got No. 7. One Grade C girl won the individual 1st runner-up.
2014-15
n groups, Grades A and B (Girls) got the 5th runner-up and the 1st runner-up respectively, while Grades B and C (Boys) got the 3rd runner-up and the 7th runner-up. There were totally 2 members from Grade B (Girls and Boys) attaining the individual top ten. One Grade B (Girls) member won the individual 2nd runner-up.
2013-14
In groups, Grades A, B and C (Girls) got the 6th runner-up, the 2nd runner-up and the 7th runner-up respectively while Grades B and C (Boys) got the 3rd runner-up and the 5th runner-up. One of the Grade A (Boys) members won the individual 4th runner-up.
2012-13
In groups, Grades A, B and C (Girls) won got the 6th runner-up, the 2nd runner-up and the 1st runner-up respectively while Grade C (Boys) got the 4th runner-up. There were totally 5 members from Grade B and C (Girls and Boys) attaining the individual top ten. One of the Grade C (Girls) members won the individual 1st runner up.

In groups, Grade A (Boys) got the 5th place, Grade B (Boys) got the 2nd runner-up, Grade C (Boys) got the 6th place, while Grades B (Girls) got the 3rd runner-up. One Grade B boy got the individual 1st runner-up and one Grade B girl got the individual 7th place.
2018-19
In groups, Grade B (Girls) got the 5th runner-up, while Grades A & B (Boys) got the 5th runner-up and the 3rd runner-up respectively. One Grade B boy got the individual 8th runner-up and one Grade B girl got the individual 9th runner-up.
2017-18
In groups, Grade A and C (Girls) got the 6th and the 4th runner-up respectively, while Grade A & B (Boys) got the 2nd runner-up and the 6th runner-up. One Grade A boy got the individual 1st runner-up, and one Grade B girl got the individual 4th runner-up.

In groups, Grade C (Boys) got 6th runner-up. One Grade C girl got the individual 6th runner-up.

One Grade B boy got the individual 9th runner-up, two Grade A girls got the individual 1st runner-up and the 5th runner-up, while one Grade C girl got the individual 1st runner-up.
