Elementary Japanese Class

Objective

The elementary Japanese class provides opportunities for junior form students to learn basic Japanese. Different activities in the class enable the students to learn Japanese pronunciation, vocabulary and simple conversations, and hence understand Japanese culture and broaden students' horizons.

Additionally, it also lays a foundation for students who intend to take the Japanese subject in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), enabling them to more effectively transition to Japanese language learning in high school and achieve higher recognition levels in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
