2024 International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) Competition
In October 2024, the school collaborated with 5 other local schools to join the International Genetically Engineered Machine (iGEM) 2024 as the HK-Joint-School team. Our students embarked on an incredible journey to Paris to take part in the Competition, achieving brilliant results.
The team conducted research on "Merging Old and New: Treating non-small cell lung cancer by Cordyceps and AI-designed Peptides," competed against teams from around the globe, and ultimately won the Gold Award while also receiving a nomination for ‘Best Model, High School’ and ‘Best Education, High School’ (ranking the top 5 in the high school village).

2024年10月，本校聯同另外5所本地中學組成HK-Joint-School隊伍，參與於巴黎舉辦的 國際遺傳工程機器設計競賽（iGEM）。
HK-Joint-School聯隊以「新舊相融︰以蟲草花和人工智能設計之抗癌肰治療非小細胞肺癌」為題，與來自全球的隊伍競逐賽事獎項，最終贏得金獎，同時獲得「最佳教育項目獎」和「最佳模形獎」的提名（於此兩個項目的高中組中得到首5名位置）。
