Design and Technology
Objectives
The central aim is to develop students within a technological environment and to develop their abilities and skills which will enable them to exercise some control over it. The central activity, designing and making, develops manipulative, cognitive, aesthetic, technological, discriminatory, and communicative skills. There are five major areas of learning:
